1. Aceitação
Ao aceder ao site braveautomationai.com ou contratar os serviços da Brave Automation, o cliente aceita integralmente estes Termos. Se não concordar, não deve utilizar o serviço. Ao aderir, o cliente declara que:
- Leu e compreendeu os presentes Termos.
- Compreende o funcionamento do sistema.
- Reconhece que o trading envolve risco financeiro.
- Aceita que poderá perder parte ou a totalidade do capital investido.
- Compreende que resultados passados não garantem resultados futuros.
2. Descrição do serviço
A Brave Automation fornece o algoritmo Brave Automation AI, um sistema de execução automatizada de trades que opera atualmente no mercado de Bitcoin. O algoritmo opera na sua conta de broker pessoal através de uma ligação API segura. A Brave Automation não detém, não gere nem tem acesso aos seus fundos. A conta de broker é contratada por si, em seu nome, e permanece sempre sob o seu controlo.
A Brave Automation disponibiliza ainda uma ferramenta gratuita de Plano Financeiro Pessoal (em /plano/), com fins meramente educacionais e informativos. As projeções são estimativas matemáticas e não constituem aconselhamento financeiro. Ao submeter o formulário para receber o relatório, autoriza o tratamento dos seus dados (nome, email e resumo do plano) para contacto comercial, marketing e publicidade, nos termos da Política de Privacidade. Pode cancelar este uso a qualquer momento enviando um email para [email protected].
3. Não constitui aconselhamento financeiro
A Brave Automation disponibiliza exclusivamente tecnologia e sistemas de apoio ao trading automatizado e não presta aconselhamento de investimento. Nenhuma informação, demonstração, publicação, vídeo, transmissão em direto, reunião, conversa ou mensagem disponibilizada pela Brave Automation, colaboradores, parceiros ou afiliados constitui aconselhamento financeiro, recomendação personalizada de investimento, gestão de carteira, promessa de rentabilidade ou garantia de resultados. As informações têm caráter meramente informativo e técnico. Antes de utilizar o serviço, deve consultar um profissional certificado (CMVM) se tiver dúvidas quanto à adequação do produto ao seu perfil.
4. Riscos e desempenho
O trading envolve risco significativo, incluindo a possibilidade de perda parcial ou total do capital investido. A performance passada do algoritmo não garante resultados futuros. Deve alocar apenas capital que esteja preparado para perder. O algoritmo inclui controlos de risco, mas nenhum sistema elimina o risco totalmente.
Embora o histórico apresente, até à presente data, zero meses negativos, poderão existir dias, semanas ou meses negativos — uma realidade normal dos mercados financeiros.
Caso seja atingido um drawdown de 20%, todos os clientes serão imediatamente informados através dos canais oficiais da Brave Automation.
5. Decisão autónoma
Ao aderir ao serviço, o cliente declara que:
- A decisão de investir foi tomada de forma livre, voluntária e independente.
- Não foi coagido, pressionado ou influenciado pela Brave Automation, colaboradores, parceiros, afiliados ou representantes.
- Compreende integralmente os riscos associados ao investimento.
- Assume total responsabilidade pelas suas decisões financeiras.
- Teve oportunidade de esclarecer todas as dúvidas antes da adesão.
6. Modelo de pagamento
- Sem taxas de inscrição. Sem mensalidades.
- Profit-share aplicado apenas sobre lucros gerados, segundo o tier escolhido (Standard 40%, Pro 25%, VIP 20%).
- Settlement do profit-share em ciclos definidos no contrato individual com cada cliente.
7. Obrigações do utilizador
- Fornecer informação verdadeira e actualizada.
- Cumprir as leis fiscais aplicáveis no seu país de residência.
- Manter as credenciais de broker em segurança.
- Não utilizar o serviço para fins ilegais (lavagem de capitais, financiamento de terrorismo, etc.).
8. Limitação de responsabilidade
Na máxima extensão permitida pela legislação aplicável, a Brave Automation, os seus sócios, administradores, colaboradores, representantes, parceiros e afiliados não poderão ser responsabilizados por quaisquer perdas financeiras, perdas de oportunidade, lucros cessantes ou danos diretos ou indiretos resultantes de: condições de mercado adversas; falhas do broker ou de infraestrutura externa; decisões do cliente de adicionar ou remover capital; uso indevido das credenciais por terceiros; ou da utilização do sistema e das decisões de investimento tomadas pelo cliente.
9. Cessação
Pode desligar o algoritmo da sua conta de broker a qualquer momento, sem penalidades. A Brave Automation reserva-se o direito de suspender o serviço em caso de violação destes Termos.
10. Propriedade intelectual
Todo o conteúdo do site, incluindo o algoritmo Brave Automation AI, é propriedade da Brave Automation. Não é permitida cópia, reverse-engineering ou redistribuição.
11. Lei aplicável
Estes Termos regem-se pela lei portuguesa. Qualquer litígio será submetido aos tribunais portugueses competentes.
12. Alterações
Reservamo-nos o direito de actualizar estes Termos. Alterações materiais serão comunicadas com antecedência razoável.

1. Acceptance
By accessing braveautomationai.com or contracting Brave Automation services, the client fully accepts these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. By joining, the client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms.
- Understand how the system operates.
- Acknowledge that trading involves financial risk.
- Accept that they may lose part or all of the invested capital.
- Understand that past results do not guarantee future results.
2. Service description
Brave Automation provides the Brave Automation AI algorithm, an automated trade execution system that currently operates in the Bitcoin market. The algorithm operates on your personal broker account via a secure API connection. Brave Automation does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. The broker account is contracted by you, in your name, and stays under your control at all times.
Brave Automation also offers a free Personal Financial Plan tool (at /plano/), for educational and informational purposes only. Projections are mathematical estimates and do not constitute financial advice. By submitting the form to receive the report, you authorize the processing of your data (name, email and plan summary) for commercial contact, marketing and advertising, under the Privacy Policy. You can cancel this use at any time by emailing [email protected].
3. Not financial advice
Brave Automation provides automated trading technology and support systems only and does not provide investment advice. No information, demonstration, publication, video, live broadcast, meeting, conversation or message provided by Brave Automation, its employees, partners or affiliates constitutes financial advice, personalized investment recommendation, portfolio management, a promise of returns or a guarantee of results. The information is informational and technical only. Before using the service, consult a certified professional (CMVM) if you have questions about the product's suitability for your profile.
4. Risks and performance
Trading involves significant risk, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. Past algorithm performance does not guarantee future results. Only allocate capital you are prepared to lose. The algorithm includes risk controls but no system eliminates risk entirely.
Although the historical record shows zero negative months to date, negative days, weeks or months may occur — a normal reality of financial markets.
If a 20% drawdown is reached, all clients will be immediately notified through Brave Automation's official communication channels.
5. Independent decision
By joining the service, the client confirms that:
- The decision to invest was made freely, voluntarily and independently.
- They were not coerced, pressured or influenced by Brave Automation, its employees, partners, affiliates or representatives.
- They fully understand the risks involved in the investment.
- They assume full responsibility for their financial decisions.
- They had the opportunity to clarify all questions before joining.
6. Payment model
- No signup fees. No monthly fees.
- Profit-share applied only on generated profits, per chosen tier (Standard 40%, Pro 25%, VIP 20%).
- Profit-share settlement in cycles defined in each client's individual agreement.
7. User obligations
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Comply with applicable tax laws in your country of residence.
- Keep broker credentials secure.
- Don't use the service for illegal purposes (money laundering, terrorism financing, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brave Automation, its shareholders, directors, employees, representatives, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, loss of opportunity, loss of profits or any direct or indirect damages arising from: adverse market conditions; broker or external infrastructure failures; client decisions to add or remove capital; misuse of credentials by third parties; or use of the system and the investment decisions made by the client.
9. Termination
You can disconnect the algorithm from your broker account anytime, no penalties. Brave Automation reserves the right to suspend service in case of these Terms' violation.
10. Intellectual property
All site content, including the Brave Automation AI algorithm, is property of Brave Automation. Copying, reverse-engineering or redistribution is not permitted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to competent Portuguese courts.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
